Zashin & Rich is proud to announce that it has been named to the BTI Client Service A-Team 2015, a “definitive ranking of client service excellence for the corporate law firm market” published by BTI Consulting Group, Inc. The ranking results from over 300 interviews with “legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations” and identifies law firms that those “legal decision makers are recognizing for delivering the absolute best levels of client service.” Zashin & Rich received specific recognition in “Best at Handles Problems” and “Best at Provides Value for the Dollar.”
BTI bases the Client Service A-Team ranking solely on in-depth interviews with leading legal decisions makers. In addition, the Client Service A-Team Honorees had to deliver in “activities clients consider most important and most influential in a law firm relationship.” BTI also recently named Stephen Zashin, the firm’s co-managing partner and head of its Employment and Labor Groups, as one of only 29 labor and employment “Client Service All-Star” attorneys in the country.

Z&R’s Stephen Zashin is Named a BTI “Client Service All-Star”
Zashin & Rich is proud to announce that BTI Consulting Group named Stephen Zashin, co-managing partner and head of Zashin & Rich’s Employment and Labor Groups, a Client Service All-Star. BTI limited this accolade to only 29 labor and employment attorneys in the country. Zashin is the only labor and employment attorney in Ohio that BTI selected as a Client Service All-Star.
BTI’s report is unique because nominations come only from clients. According to BTI, the only way to become a BTI Client Service All-Star is for corporate counsel to “single out an attorney for client service exceeding all others.” BTI solicited opinions from large and Fortune 1000 companies.
“This is the best kind of feedback,” Zashin says. “Every day, our clients receive meaningful, proactive and timely responses to their employment related questions and issues.” Zashin was also gratified that he was the only Client Service All-Star in labor and employment law in Ohio: “Ohio has a rich tradition of providing legal services. We need to continue to export our talent throughout the rest of the country.” Zashin & Rich also ranked alongside many of the largest firms in the country in BTI’s Client Service A-Team 2015 Report.
Zashin takes particular pride in the firm’s brand: Attorneys in Tune. Service Amplified. “It says a lot about who we are and what’s important to us in serving our clients,” says Zashin. “We are a client-driven, service-oriented firm.”
Zashin & Rich congratulates Stephen Zashin on his “All-Star” status.
